Roles and Responsibilities:
In the role of Ops Support Associate – Officer, you will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring smooth workflow, quality standards, and supporting various banking processes. Key responsibilities include:
Guidance and Support: Assist the unit manager by providing guidance to the staff across all levels regarding processes and operating procedures, ensuring smooth operation within the team.
