Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Management and Compliance: You will monitor and enforce adherence to Enterprise Data Management standards, especially for Non-Financial Regulatory Reports (NFRR). This includes managing and enforcing controls on NFRR inventory metadata.
- Report Monitoring: Track the production health of NFRR reports, identify breaches, and respond to regulatory inquiries to ensure smooth functioning.
- Project Management: Manage and monitor various projects, tasks, and deliveries involving service, operations, or administrative associates. You will prepare and manage essential documents like Business Requirement Documents (BRD), test cases, and test scripts for assigned projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and handle system environments on a global scale, ensuring effective project execution.
- Process Automation: Ensure that all process automation solutions comply with the enterprise's change and governance policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in B. Tech, MBA, PGDM, or Master's in Economics/Quantitative Techniques/Mathematics/Supply Chain/Operations/Statistics/Data Sciences.
- Graduation Year: Only candidates from the Class of 2025 are eligible to apply.
- Specialization: A specialization in Finance or related fields is required.
- Academic Performance: A minimum score of 60% in the last semester or a CGPA of 6 on a scale of 10.
- No Active Backlogs: Applicants should have no active backlogs in any semester.
