Job Overview:

As a Process Developer in the Record to Report (RTR) domain, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy and maintaining smooth business operations. From handling journal entries to managing fixed asset reconciliation, this role provides you with the chance to develop a strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Journal Entries Creation and Booking: You will create and maintain accurate journal entries, ensuring financial statements are precise.
• Month-End Close Activities: Perform critical month-end tasks, ensuring timely and efficient closing of financial books.
• Fixed Assets Capitalization and Maintenance: Oversee the capitalization and management of fixed assets, ensuring proper records and asset maintenance.
• Intercompany Accounting: Manage transactions between Genpact’s multiple subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with internal financial policies.
• Bank and Investment Reconciliations: Ensure accurate reconciliation of bank accounts and investments to maintain financial integrity.
• General Ledger Reconciliations: Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
• Fixed Assets Reconciliations: Perform reconciliation between FA Clearing and SL-GL accounts, ensuring proper accounting of assets.
• Identifying Reconciled Items & Clearance: Identify reconciling items and ensure their timely clearance.
• Escheat Reconciliations: Handle unclaimed property reconciliations to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Corporate Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders and corporate decision-makers.
• Internal and External Audit: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure financial compliance and accurate reporting.
• SOX Compliance: Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance regulations, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.

Skills and Qualifications:
