Roles and Responsibilities
As a Team Member at Bank of America, you will be responsible for various tasks supporting the Client Services, Sales, and Business partners. Your primary duties will include:
Processing Requests: Handle client requests from Client Services, Sales, and Business partners in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to established procedures and service standards.
Accounting Entries: Accurately pass accounting entries to collect billing charges from clients. Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies by passing necessary reversal or corrective entries.
Query Management: Monitor and manage queries to ensure all issues are resolved within the stipulated time (TAT) and that the service provided meets client expectations.
Risk Identification: Proactively identify risk areas in processes and escalate them to the manager for quick resolution, ensuring compliance and minimizing potential disruptions.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements, introducing best practices, and working with the team to implement these changes.
Billing Gap Identification: Analyze and identify any gaps in billing processes and take corrective measures to address them.
Performance Reporting: Assist the team manager in capturing and reporting key performance metrics on a regular basis, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Escalation Management: Quickly escalate any process-related issues or ambiguities to supervisors or managers for clarification, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in any field is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
