Responsibilities & Skills
As a Selenium Testing Engineer at GAC Solutions, you will be responsible for:
- C# Expertise: Demonstrate strong skills in C#, particularly in OOP concepts, collections, and design patterns.
- Testing Methodologies: Apply various testing methodologies and techniques, including test design and test suites.
- Hands-On Experience: Engage in hands-on C# coding, utilizing MSTest and NUnit for effective testing.
- API Testing: Perform API testing with a solid understanding of client-server architecture and communication principles.
- Automation Frameworks: Develop and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium, ensuring robust test coverage for API and web services.
- In-Sprint Automation: Implement in-sprint automation practices in Agile project environments.
- Continuous Integration: Integrate automated testing scripts with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Bamboo for streamlined deployments.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and effective communication to lead projects successfully.
Required Skills
- Selenium & C#: Proven experience with Selenium and C# for test automation.
- Design Patterns: Familiarity with design patterns such as Singleton, Page Object, and Factory.
- Testing Lifecycle: Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a knack for mentoring team members.
