    • Complete all necessary administrative tasks on time, including maintaining accurate documentation for Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) and Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) inspections for assigned accounts.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Develop a strong conceptual understanding of your discipline through on-the-job training. You will receive specialized training on relevant models and modalities as part of your onboarding program.
  5. Collaboration and Issue Resolution:

    • Collaborate with senior engineers and team members to resolve complex issues. While you will follow established procedures, you’ll also have the opportunity to consult with supervisors and senior team members when facing challenges outside of defined parameters.
  6. Customer-Facing Support:
