Key Responsibilities of a Process Associate

As a Process Associate at Eurofins, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR and payroll processes for the North American region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • HR & Payroll Transactions: You’ll be responsible for handling various transactional processes related to HR and payroll. Your work will ensure smooth and accurate HR and payroll operations.

  • Supporting US HR & Payroll Teams: You’ll support the US HR and payroll teams by managing employee benefits and offering reporting support. Your assistance will help maintain compliance and optimize HR operations.

  • Semi-Voice Projects: This role involves working on semi-voice projects that require you to interact with internal stakeholders, primarily in North America. Your communication skills will help resolve HR and payroll queries efficiently.

  • Process Documentation & SLA Monitoring: You’ll be tasked with creating process documentation, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met. This is crucial for tracking the progress of various support projects.

  • Performance Improvement: A key aspect of this role is continuously identifying ways to improve key performance metrics. You will actively seek ways to enhance processes, ensuring a higher level of service delivery.

  • Proactive Issue Resolution: In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and resolving any customer issues related to HR and payroll processes. Your ability to troubleshoot and provide timely solutions will be essential.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required. A background in HR, business administration, or a related field will be an advantage.

  • Experience in HR/Payroll Processes: You should have some experience in handling HR or payroll processes, preferably for the US market. Experience with Lawson or other payroll management systems will be an added advantage.

  • Project Management in Semi-Voice Support: Experience working on projects involving semi-voice support, where both verbal and non-verbal communication skills are used, is highly desirable. This experience will help you effectively support the North American HR teams.

  • Logical Reasoning & Analytical Skills: A keen ability to think logically and analyze problems is crucial. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues efficiently and recommend process improvements.

  • Proficiency in MS Office: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. You will use these tools regularly for documentation, reporting, and presentations.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. You will be working closely with stakeholders from various teams, so being able to articulate your thoughts clearly is critical.
