What You’ll Do:
- Engage in multiple rotations across different Customer Support and Customer Success areas to gain a comprehensive understanding of Finastra’s operations.
- Collaborate with various teams to respond to client inquiries, conduct technical investigations, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in WebEx sessions and client meetings to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Support client onboarding activities and day-to-day interactions, while identifying and prioritizing key client service challenges.
- Contribute to creating a best-in-class client experience by liaising between clients and Finastra's internal teams.
What You’ll Need:
