Job Role: Associate Software Engineer

As an Associate Software Engineer at ADP, you will be a vital member of our agile development team. You will collaborate with developers, database administrators, and product managers to create and enhance software applications that serve our global client base. Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in sprint ceremonies as a part of our agile team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Develop and implement database functions, stored procedures, triggers, and scripts to support application development and data integration.
• Troubleshoot database performance issues, monitor database health, and perform data imports/exports to maintain optimal system performance.
• Investigate and resolve data-related production issues, ensuring users receive timely and effective solutions.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues, working collaboratively with internal teams for escalation when necessary.
• Document technical processes, errors, and resolutions to ensure knowledge is shared across the team.
• Support the integration and maintenance of third-party applications and services, ensuring seamless operation within the ADP ecosystem.
• Continuously enhance the product through technical expertise, critical thinking, and a problem-solving approach.

Skill Set Requirements

• Programming Languages: Strong coding skills in Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
