Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Transformation and Automation

   • Develop techniques for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to simplify and automate data workflows.

2. Business Intelligence and Reporting Solutions

   • Build robust BI solutions, including multidimensional data models, data marts, data warehousing, and analytics dashboards.
   • Design data reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

3. KPI Monitoring and Data Analysis

   • Monitor and analyze KPIs against established benchmarks to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may impact performance.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

   • Work closely with HR, IT, and data teams to understand business needs and translate these into meaningful technical solutions.
