As a Change Management and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Analyst, you will be responsible for writing test plans, managing user acceptance testing processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of changes within the organization. This role requires a mix of technical acumen, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Plans & Execution: Work closely with the Requirements Delivery and FRD (Functional Requirements Document) teams to write detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on requirements documents.

• UAT Support: Perform product certification and UAT by executing the agreed-upon test plans and scripts. Manage the UAT activities, documentation, and test status updates with the Technology UAT support team.

• Defect Management: Log and manage defect entries and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues efficiently. Ensure the system performs as expected before moving into production.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Attend regular meetings to address data needs, test planning, and execution. Communicate testing progress to relevant stakeholders, including the GENESIS Project Management Office and Requirements delivery support team.

• Best Practices & Process Improvements: Actively participate in the implementation of best practices, contributing to continuous improvements in testing and change management processes.

• Financial Solutions Design & Governance: Support the design, roll-out, and governance of financial solutions by formulating strategies for Finance processes across various Citi businesses and locations.

• Risk Assessment: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations while maintaining sound ethical judgment regarding business decisions, personal conduct, and reporting of control issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent university qualification is required.

• Experience: 0-2+ years of experience in change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), or a related field is preferred.

• Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of industry practices, standards, and the ability to work in a technology-driven environment.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems and address issues logically and analytically, especially in UAT and defect resolution processes.

• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate testing requirements and results with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and technology support teams.

• Risk Awareness: Ability to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring transparency, compliance, and adherence to Citigroup’s ethical guidelines.
