Key Responsibilities

As a Software Developer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Translating Requirements: Convert system requirements into design specifications and functional components in an agile environment.
• Developing Solutions: Utilize various technologies to address functional needs and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Providing Support: Oversee business application functional support services to meet customer performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring Quality: Adhere to project management, software application development, testing, and change management processes to ensure project success.

• Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and performance.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Programming Languages: Strong knowledge of Java (Java 8 and above), Spring Boot, and Python.
• Database Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL databases such as Db2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Web Technologies: Proficient understanding of Java web technologies and Java full-stack development.
• Integration Knowledge: Good knowledge of DB2/SQL, JMS/MQ, and ITIL principles.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: Basic understanding of supply chain processes and AIX environments.
• Scripting Languages: Exposure to shell scripting languages like Bash, Perl, Python, or Ruby.
• Containerization: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes frameworks is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-resolution abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.

Eligibility Criteria

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in software development.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• A strong passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
