Key Responsibilities

As a Software Developer, your role will include:

• Designing and Developing ML Systems: You will create and refine machine learning models tailored to solve specific business problems. Your innovative mindset will contribute to developing scalable and efficient algorithms for large-scale data processing.

• Implementing ML Algorithms: Utilize appropriate algorithms and tools to build efficient self-learning applications. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing machine learning models using MATLAB and other programming languages.

• Conducting Experiments: Test and validate models to ensure they meet performance expectations. Conduct A/B testing and apply other experimental techniques to evaluate model performance.

• Data Management: Work with large datasets to train and retrain models, perform statistical analysis, and optimize performance. You will leverage MATLAB for data preprocessing, feature extraction, and data visualization.

• MATLAB Integration: Utilize MATLAB for data analysis, algorithm development, and model simulation. Develop custom MATLAB scripts and functions to support machine learning workflows.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in MATLAB: Strong experience and understanding of MATLAB, especially in the context of data analysis and machine learning.

• Knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning: Familiarity with fundamental concepts of data science and machine learning is crucial. You should be able to apply these concepts in real-world scenarios.

• Programming Skills: Sound knowledge of programming languages, including C, C++, C#, VB .NET, Java, Embedded C, and ASP.NET. Proficiency in Python is essential, especially its use for AI and Robotic Process Automation.

• Web Technologies: Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS to enhance software development.

• Strong Debugging Skills: Excellent programming and debugging skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

• Effective Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and present ideas clearly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Recent graduates or candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in software development are encouraged to apply.
