Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure real-time customer experience by working in a 24x7 operating environment.
Service Desk Goals:
- Meet key performance metrics such as Response and Resolution SLA, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and incident management.
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to achieve organizational goals and provide seamless technical support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:
