Job Description:

As a Software Engineer at Insightsoftware, you will be responsible for contributing to the entire software development lifecycle. From sprint planning to performance testing and code reviews, your work will be essential to delivering top-quality products that help businesses optimize their processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to create scalable and reliable solutions that meet both customer and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sprint Planning & Task Management:
  Actively contribute to sprint planning, breaking down larger tasks into manageable chunks, and participating in retrospectives to improve future cycles.

• Coding and Development:
  Write efficient and maintainable code, ensuring that it aligns with best practices. Strong object-oriented programming skills are essential, with C++ being a primary focus.

• Performance Testing & Improvement:
  Contribute to performance testing and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the software meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Collaboration in Agile Teams:
  Be an active member of an agile team by participating in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Database & API Development:
  Work on developing database technologies and using database tools such as ODBC, while also programming database APIs to optimize data access and performance.

• Use of Business Intelligence Tools:
