Key Responsibilities

As a Domain Trainee, you will play a crucial role in our finance and accounting operations, with responsibilities that include:

  1. Reporting: Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  2. Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of financial statements according to statutory guidelines and accounting standards such as IFRS, US GAAP, and Indian Accounting Standards.

  4. Journal Review: Conduct reviews of journals and reconciliations performed by the ledger close team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Tool Proficiency: Work with advanced tools like Oracle, TM1, and CDM to facilitate efficient financial reporting and analysis.
  6. Communication: Maintain regular communication with onshore counterparts through email, instant messaging, and telephone calls to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
  7. SLA Governance: Ensure that all deliverables meet 100% Service Level Agreements (SLA) in terms of quality and timeliness.
