Job Role: Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code by following best practices around software architecture and engineering processes (e.g., code reviews, unit testing).
• Collaborate closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to understand detailed requirements and design technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Build and maintain complex applications and systems while ensuring that they meet user requirements and industry standards.
• Design software that is intuitive, customizable, and extendable to meet diverse customer needs.
• Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews to maintain high development standards and deliver robust solutions.
• Enhance and troubleshoot existing product suites, ensuring continuous improvement and addressing issues in a timely manner.
• Help shape the product strategy by providing insights and suggesting innovative solutions.

Skill Set Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficient in C, C++, Core Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Java Expertise: Strong foundation in Java or similar object-oriented languages, including familiarity with object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Web Technologies: Passionate about JavaScript and modern web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue. Emphasis on componentization, reusability, and performance optimization.
• UI/UX Frameworks: Familiarity with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue to build responsive and user-friendly applications.
• Design Patterns: Strong understanding of design patterns and their application in building scalable and efficient systems.
• Performance Considerations: Knowledge of performance optimization and scaling techniques to ensure robust and efficient software.
• DevOps: Exposure to tools like Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes to automate software testing and deployment.
• Database Knowledge: Proficiency in using SQL and NoSQL databases for managing and optimizing data.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
