Job Role: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)

As a Customer Service Executive at Wipro, you will be responsible for managing customer queries through various channels like phone calls, emails, or chats, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats, providing prompt and professional responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in blended processes, managing both inbound voice interactions and non-voice tasks such as email and chat support.
  • Achieve performance targets set by Wipro, including key quality metrics like Average Handle Time (AHT), customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals, ensuring a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  • Adapt to WFO (Work from Office) requirements and maintain flexibility for night shifts, supporting clients during international business hours.
