Job Role: Software Development Support Engineer

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Core Technical Skills
Programming and Development:
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (C, C++, Java, Python).

Cloud Technologies:
- Knowledge of AWS services like Lambda, SQS, and DynamoDB (DDB).

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As a Software Development Support Engineer, you will:
- Tech SOP Execution: Follow technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for project completion and onboarding tasks.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Understand and debug minor issues in software services and address customer tickets (TT) or production escalations (PE).
- AWS Cloud Management: Work with AWS services, including Lambda, SQS, and DynamoDB, to maintain and enhance service functionality.
- Automation and Deployment:
- Write scripts to automate frequently occurring issues.
- Handle production deployments and conduct sanity checks post-deployment.
- Team Collaboration: Reassign tickets to the correct teams as per SOPs and facilitate resolution.
- Incident Management: Respond to incidents and perform root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences.
