Eligibility Criteria:

Expertise Development
- Gain deep expertise in Google Cloud’s Data Analytics products like BigQuery and Dataproc.
- Build tools and documentation to streamline problem-solving and enhance customer satisfaction.
Customer Advocacy
- Act as a consultant and advocate for customers’ needs, collaborating with internal engineering and product teams to resolve deployment challenges.
- Provide feedback to improve Google Cloud solutions and customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams across engineering, sales, and customer success functions to ensure seamless deployment and troubleshooting.
- Support a global customer base with a 24/7 operational mindset, including weekend shifts as needed.
