Job Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer - Support Analyst, you will be an integral part of our technical support team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Technical Support: Providing real-time assistance and troubleshooting for a diverse range of technical and non-technical issues related to Windows, Mac OS, SCCM, Citrix, Active Directory, and more. This will involve resolving customer problems related to software, hardware, and network issues.

  2. Incoming Call Management: Handling incoming customer calls, analyzing issues, and following Oracle’s Knowledge Base articles to resolve or escalate cases when necessary.

  3. Documentation & Ticketing: Documenting case notes and tracking all support incidents through Oracle’s ticketing system. Detailed documentation is essential for continuity and future case handling.

  4. Multi-Channel Support: Delivering support through multiple channels including phone, email, and web-based interactions in a call center setting as required.

  5. Customer Onboarding: Acting as a primary point of contact for new customers, introducing them to Oracle’s products and services, and educating them on Oracle’s ecosystem.

  6. Product Knowledge Development: You will be encouraged to build expertise in Oracle’s core technologies and applications, giving you insight into specialized product areas and potential career growth opportunities.
