Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead at Cognizant, you will:
Security and Patch Management:
- Respond to incidents related to security and patch management logged in the incident management system.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Team Support and Collaboration:
- Provide assistance to team members and customers by sharing knowledge and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
Incident Monitoring and Resolution:
- Monitor incident progress and diagnose issues to implement appropriate solutions.

Scheduled Maintenance:
- Perform scheduled patching and application deployment tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Escalation Management:
- Escalate unresolved service issues to the Head of Service Delivery or Technical Lead.
- Coordinate with the Problem and Incident Management teams for critical problems.
Knowledge Sharing and Growth:
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with team members.
- Continuously enhance skills and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
