As a Prospect Application Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries and ensuring a smooth user experience. Your role will require exceptional communication skills, customer-centricity, and the ability to think on your feet.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Open to freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience in customer service, support, or related fields.
Skill Set Required
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Multilingual skills in South Indian languages (spoken and written) are highly preferred.
Customer Orientation:
- Strong customer-first approach with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and address queries effectively.

- Ability to handle objections, multitask, and adapt to different scenarios seamlessly.
Technical Knowledge:
