About the Role: Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst at Genpact, you’ll play a critical role in driving business performance through analytics and automation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, leverage modern tools, and create impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Process Delivery
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of Business-As-Usual (BAU) processes and ad-hoc requests.
- Gain a deep understanding of BAU processes and their operational environment.
Analytics and Process Improvement
- Drive process improvement using automation tools to simplify and optimize workflows.
- Consistently challenge existing methodologies and innovate with cutting-edge solutions.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for process automation and improvements for BFS (Banking and Financial Services) teams.
- Liaise with US-based teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Strategic Support
- Execute cost-improvement strategies and monitor business delivery metrics.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ensure secure access to systems.
Client Management

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (BE/BTech/MTech/MCA preferred).
Experience
