Job Role: Software Engineer – AMTS
We are hiring talented individuals to join our team as Software Engineers in the AMTS (Advanced Member of Technical Staff) role. As part of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering scalable solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Architect and Design Solutions: As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and designing scalable and robust software solutions that drive the Salesforce platform forward.
Develop and Deliver: Implement and deliver high-quality, scalable software that meets customer needs. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Work on Cloud and Salesforce Platform: Work on the Salesforce platform and other cloud-based solutions, integrating new features and ensuring high performance.
Testing and Automation: Develop automated test strategies, design test frameworks, and write unit and functional tests to ensure the quality and stability of the software.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, user experience experts, and other engineers to develop new features that our customers will love and use.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Be proactive in keeping up-to-date with new technologies and trends to ensure the solutions you build are state-of-the-art.
Eligibility Criteria:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Graduates from any recognized institution are welcome to apply.
Skills Required:
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform and cloud technologies.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of algorithm development and complexity analysis.
