About the Role: Associate – Chat Process

As an Associate – Chat Process, you will serve as the first point of contact for Tesco’s valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless service experience.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Handle customer complaints via chat, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
    • Provide alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution within the defined time limits.

  2. Problem Resolution:
