About the Role: Associate – Chat Process
As an Associate – Chat Process, you will serve as the first point of contact for Tesco’s valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer complaints via chat, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
- Provide alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution within the defined time limits.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Problem Resolution:
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams while maintaining accountability.
Process Improvement:

Collaboration & Communication:

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience:
