Job Role: Trainee – Collections Executive

As a Trainee – Collections Executive, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, maintaining effective customer communication, and ensuring the integrity of collection data. This role offers hands-on experience in financial services, customer management, and field operations, providing a perfect foundation for your professional growth.


Key Responsibilities



  1. Collections and Account Management

    • Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment settlements.
    • Visit customers to maintain relationships and ensure timely collections.
    • Regularly monitor repayments and identify potential delinquencies.
  2. Customer Communication and Dispute Resolution

    • Maintain effective communication with customers, lawyers, and collection agencies.

  4. Data Integrity and Reporting
