Job Role: Trainee – Collections Executive
As a Trainee – Collections Executive, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, maintaining effective customer communication, and ensuring the integrity of collection data. This role offers hands-on experience in financial services, customer management, and field operations, providing a perfect foundation for your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collections and Account Management
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment settlements.
- Visit customers to maintain relationships and ensure timely collections.
- Regularly monitor repayments and identify potential delinquencies.
Customer Communication and Dispute Resolution
- Maintain effective communication with customers, lawyers, and collection agencies.
- Resolve customer disputes promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
Field Operations
- Track asset deployment and utilization, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Implement repossession procedures when necessary.
Data Integrity and Reporting
- Ensure accurate logging of all customer interactions, visits, and case updates.
- Upload trails and maintain detailed records within established timelines.

Qualification:
