Job Responsibilities
As an Associate Software Engineer at Anthology, you will:
- Collaborate on developing and delivering high-quality solutions for Anthology's CRM, Reach.
- Code, test, and maintain software components to enhance the Product Suite.
- Conduct root cause analyses for issues and suggest areas of improvement.
- Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies, offering constructive feedback and insights.
- Develop testable, reusable, efficient, and readable code.
- Analyse business requirements to identify technical solutions and provide alternatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages: C, C++, Java, Python.
- Solid understanding of RDBMS/SQL concepts and OOPS principles.
