Job Role: Servicing Analyst
As a Servicing Analyst at American Express, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving escalations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the company’s reputation for outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound customer and seller calls related to prepaid products like Gift Cards and Traveller Cheques.
Process claims for lost, stolen, or uncashed Traveller Cheques efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries regarding refund requests, overspend cases, and excessive balance issues.
Conduct root cause analysis for escalated issues and provide effective solutions.
Analyse risk-related data and identify fraud connections to mitigate potential threats.
Balance customer satisfaction with compliance by following company policies and regulatory requirements.
Adapt to changes and continuously work towards meeting/exceeding performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Any graduate from a recognized institution.
Experience: Freshers are welcome, but candidates with relevant experience (0-1 year) in customer service will be preferred.
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
